Advances in biosciences and biomedical
technology continue to drive new innovations in patient care
and require stronger relations between industries in
developing, testing and implementing new products and
services. The Biosciences Technology Magnet Program, part of
the Human Services Academy at Randallstown High School will
provide students a strong foundation for the challenges of
advanced studies and careers in these fields. Students with
a strong interest in math and science are introduced to the
concepts, techniques and teamwork utilized in biotechnology
and research investigation. Students will also have the
opportunity to apply both the interpersonal and technical
skills developed in high school while participating in a
senior internship.
